Looking to commemorate this year's World Book Day (April 23rd) from now, I am sharing this quote by Harper Lee, a novelist from the United States best known for her 1960 novel To Kill a Mockingbird.
This is certainly one of the most moving quotes I have known in regards to reading.

World Book Day is a special commemoration, as it highlights the importance of that article, and those of us who are readers understand how valuable it is. When you read, in your imagination you create the characterization of the facts, in such a way that it combines with your DNA and you live it
